High-quality capacitors are combined beside the motor stator for local reactive power compensation. Beside the rotor (winding motor) or stator (cage motor), we string a special liquid resistance for start. The liquid resistance will automaticly drop when starting, resistance value gradually become smaller within the scheduled time, motors start smoothly, water resistance withdrawed after starting. The capacitor is always paralleled in the end of the motor stator leads during process of the motor starting and running, so starting current is smaller and at the same time the motor power factor is compensated to make soft start and save energy.
Operation standards: Starting current is small to reduce the impulse to the power grid
To improve the the power factor when electrical equipment is running (95%), reduce the loss of reactive power and improve the quality of power supply;
Energy-saving rate of operation can be 10% -20%
